Couple days ago I went to Indosat to change my post paid’s billing address. It’s on Jalan Pandanaran Semarang. I’m using Matrix and Starone at once, but I wanted to change the address for Starone. If you entered the hall, you’ll see the reception desk. 2 pretty girls would greet and offer some helps. You could get the queue number from there, but each numbering method is classified based on the service you requested.
I got number 155 to see the customer service. Meanwhile, the queue for teller had been shown by 721. I spent my time by surfing and browsing internet in the cyber lounge while I were keeping my eyes on the queue display. It was almost 1 hour I waited. Finally, I served by a beautiful girl wore Jil’bab in the counter number 5.
“Good afternoon, what can I do for you Sir?” She asked me.
“Yes Mam, I want to change my billing address for Starone post paid service”
Her face turned pale, a lot of question marks in her eyes, then she told me that I went to the wrong counter. Oh my goodness. How come? The receptionist wasn’t tell me about that when she helped me to take the queue number an hour ago. Then the Jil’bab girl went to reception desk and took another queue number for me. She told me to go to the counter 1, because Starone post paid service was specially handled by the counter 1. Unfortunately, the officer was not present yet there. I got number 255 and had to wait again in the front of counter 1. Lucky me, one of the receptionist was willing to help, so I needed less time to spend. I filled the request form, and was asked to wait till they called me by phone for confirmation.
It wasn’t amazing to stay in the Indosat Gallery for hours just to change my billing address. But, probably God arranged all those messiness to save me anyway, because actuallty there was a very heavy rain in Semarang right after I entered the Building. Off course it was not a good situation for a biker like me to stay around in the neighborhood in a rainy day. The interesting part is, the rain was already stopped when I went out. If there wasn’t any trouble in Indosat, surely I would go back to my office in wet condition or maybe I had to wait till the rain stop somewhere outside the building.
Well, thank God for keep me blessed, and thank you Indosat, your bad service had saved me from a bad weather. I believe it was not a coincident when God planned something good to happen to you today.
